As a trusted advisor, she coaches senior leaders to strengthen their personal effectiveness in reaching goals through others and works with teams to maximize their ability to achieve results.
Shushan holds a BS in Business from Northeastern University and certifications in Leadership, Business Strategy, and Implementation from Harvard Business School, Wharton, and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She lives in New York City.
