Jeanette Batiste-Harrison

Jeanette brings unique and diverse experiences to her leadership coaching and business consulting work, where she excels at blending world-class research with practical leadership principles to help executives and organizations reach new levels of success and performance through lasting change.  She is passionate about helping others, which is evident in her coaching and consulting engagements as well as her previous endeavors, which include positions as Co-Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Foodlink, Program Coordinator and Program Developer at ASAP, Extension Coordinator with the African Parks Conservation, and Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi.  Jeanette is a strategic thinker, adept facilitator, and certified leadership coach whose skills have been employed across a variety of industries. 

She holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a BS in Environmental Science and a BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.  Additionally, Jeanette graduated from Leadership Rochester and was a recipient of the Rochester Business Journal 40 under 40 award.  She lives with her husband and three children in Pittsford, New York.
